Greetings my name is Michael Perrine and my passion is working with small businesses and entrepreneurs to develop one of kind solutions to maximize success. After working in multiple biotech companies, as both a research scientist and as an executive, I created this firm to translate my skills and knowledge to all businesses and individuals to achieve their dreams.
Unlike other organizations who use a one-size fits all approach I work one-on-one with each client to create unique plans, provide expert guidance & mentorship, and execute projects that align with individual needs. I become a member of the team because I truly believe that your success is my success.

​I am a business professional with multiple years of experience in guiding startup companies. I combine deep industry knowledge with real-world experience to lead strategy development, marketing, fundraising efforts, operations, competitive analysis, partnership activity, grant writing and project management.

​I have a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of New Mexico, a M.S. degree in Physiology from the Medical College of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.
